At The Paint Shop Nail Studio appointments are the foundation of our business. We love to set aside the correct amount of time to give you the best experience.

When booking your appointment the appointment, the selected time slot becomes no longer available to other clients. Please contact us if you need to cancel 3 hours prior the appointment schedule.

Cancellations or reschedule appointments made less than 3 hours will be charged 50% of scheduled service amount. NO CALL/ NO SHOW will be charged 100% of scheduled service amount. Please communicate with any changes with your schedule with the studio. We would love to help reschedule or cancel any appointments prior to 3 hours.

We understand life happens! This policy still applies but is excluded if you cancel for emergencies, being sick,  positive for COVID-19, or were exposed to COVID-19.

We understand falling behind in your schedule. If you are over 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may be subject to change your service to a polish change and/or we may need to reschedule your appointment. 

We have the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Fees still apply, 100% charge if NO CALL/NO SHOW.

We do! Stop on in or contact us via social media or email. We only accept walk-ins if availability exist. We highly recommend booking in advance to ensure we give you the correct service(s). • Please make sure to add on/include removal when booking your appointments.

• Add removal if applicable to any services. If you still have gel polish, dip powder, gel-x or acrylic on your nails. Please select removal. Allowing us to take the product off with little to no nail damage. 

• Add Nail Art so we have the time to give you the INSPIRATION you DESIRE!

• Nail art price varies depending on number fingers and the skill/complexity.

• Add Notes to the note section to communicate your needs and nail technician requests (we cannot always guarantee but we will try our best)

• For groups/parties we recommend calling or emailing to book so that everything is booked correctly and The Paint Shop Nail Studio can give you a visit to remember.
