What is The Paint Shop's cancellation policy?

At The Paint Shop Nail Studio, appointments are the heart of what we do. We schedule dedicated time for each client to ensure you receive the best experience possible.

When you book an appointment, that time is reserved just for you and is no longer available for other clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 3 hours before your appointment.

​

Cancellations or changes made less than 3 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service. No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the service amount. We truly appreciate open communication—just reach out and we’ll gladly help you reschedule or cancel ahead of time.

We understand that life happens! While our policy still applies, exceptions are made for emergencies, illness, or if you test positive for or have been exposed to COVID-19.

What is The Paint Shop's late policy?

We understand that running late can happen! However, if you arrive more than 10 minutes past your appointment time, we may need to adjust your service to a quicker option—such as a polish change—or reschedule your appointment to ensure fairness to all clients.

Please note, The Paint Shop Nail Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in these cases. Standard fees still apply, including a 100% charge for no-call/no-show appointments.

Does The Paint Shop take Walk-Ins?

Yes, we do accept walk-ins! Stop by, or reach out to us through social media or email. Please note that walk-ins are only accepted based on availability, so we highly recommend booking in advance to ensure you get the service and time you want.

How do I schedule an appointment with The Paint Shop?

When booking, please be sure to add any necessary removal services. If you currently have gel polish, dip powder, Gel-X, or acrylic on your nails, select “removal” when booking. This allows us time to safely remove the product with minimal nail damage.

If you’d like nail art, make sure to add it to your appointment so we can reserve enough time to bring your inspiration to life! (Pricing for nail art varies based on the number of nails and the complexity of the design.)

Use the notes section to share any special requests or preferred nail technicians. While we can’t always guarantee specific requests, we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.

For groups or parties, we recommend calling or emailing us directly so we can ensure everything is scheduled perfectly and your visit is one to remember!
