We have a 7 day policy for all long-lasting services (only includes dip, gel, gel-x, and poly-gel)

 

If it's our fault, please call, email, or even stop by! We love to make you look and feel great, please let us know if your standards are not met. We would love to fix any issues but there are NO REFUNDS (our nail technician's time is just as important your satisfaction).
